The Committee on Health and Human Resources moved to amend the bill on page 1, line 3, after the word, "authorized" by striking the period and inserting the following:

"with the following amendment:

On page 13, inserting a new subsubsection 6.2.a.3.G, to read as follows, "Failure to cooperate with OHFLAC or the designated Medicare Beneficiary and Family Centered Care – Quality Improvement Organization shall be grounds for disciplinary action and further review by the Board." and renumbering the remaining subdivision accordingly.”
